Acceptable Use Policy

1. Rules

You and your users must not:

• access the Service with any robot, crawler, scraper, script, browser automation tool or other automated means, or extract, copy or harvest data from it in bulk, whether or not using valid credentials, except through an export or interface we provide for that purpose;

• access or attempt to access any account, workspace or data that is not yours, or test, scan or probe the vulnerability of the Service, or defeat or bypass any security, rate limit or access control;

• share credentials, let one login be used by more than one person, or give access to a competitor of ours or to anyone building a competing product;

• reverse-engineer, decompile or copy the Service, or use it to train or benchmark a competing product;

• upload malware or anything that could damage or interfere with the Service, or use it in a way that imposes an unreasonable load;

• store or send content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent or deceptive, or personal data you have no right to process;

• send unsolicited or unlawful communications, or use messaging features in breach of telecom, anti-spam or platform rules;

• misrepresent a system's performance, a subsidy, an approval or a price to anyone using documents produced by the Service; or

• use the Service in breach of any law, including data protection, consumer, tax, electricity and anti-corruption law.

2. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches, and may throttle, suspend or terminate access, remove content, and co-operate with authorities. Automated or bulk access is logged and may be blocked without notice. You are liable for loss we suffer from a breach of this policy.

3. Reporting a security problem

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, tell us privately at info@tantratechnologies.com and give us reasonable time to fix it before any disclosure. Do not access data that is not yours or degrade the Service while testing.
